Stephanie Marckel
Founder
Starting her Pilates journey in 2016, Stephanie connected with its' transformative power in mind, body, and community, knowing this was where she belonged. After completing her 500-hour Pilates training program she began teaching in 2022 and hasn't looked back since. Driven by a deep belief in intentional movement, Stephanie encourages clients to cultivate strength in body, clarity in mind, and presence in spirit through each session. Her teaching style blends precision with positivity, creating a welcoming space for growth, self-awareness, and community. Whether guiding reformer flows or mindful mat work, she’s passionate in helping others feel empowered in their bodies, and grounded in their goals.
